Yes. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement row-level security, encrypted connections, and regular security audits. We do not sell your data.

Yes. Chamberly supports CSV import for both member/sponsor data and sponsorship data. Most chambers complete their initial import in under 15 minutes.

Can multiple staff members use the platform?

Yes. You can invite team members with different roles — organization managers have full access, while staff members can manage day-to-day operations with appropriate permissions.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. During that time you can export everything via CSV. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
